Imbolc, the stirring of Spring, as Mother Earth starts to awaken and new shoots apoear from the seeds within. Imbolc - 'in the belly', the ewes, other animals, and the earth are fertile and pregnant with new life is on its way. Imbolc, also associated with Brigid, the Lady of the Healing Waters, the Sacred Flame and the Fertile Earth.
We will come together to honour this turn of the wheel and co-create a sacred space to connect with ourselves, each other, our Ancestors and Mother Earth with drums, rattles and voices.
Feel free to bring any offerings, snacks/seasonal food to share if you would like to, and any chants, poems etc that you feel called to contribute.
If you have a frame drum and/or rattle, please bring them. I do have some spare drums and rattles for people to use who don't have them.
These drum circles are held on a donation basis. Hot drinks and snacks will be available.
