Sunday morning, relax after the night before with a relaxing and soothing sound bathJoin us for Wild Foraging Overnight Criac Agus Ceol in the beautiful rolling hills of Cavan for a day of foraging our wildflowers fungi and herbs, identifying the beautiful medicine cabinet or natures apothecary as I call it, learning what ailments and illnesses they treat, and also cook and make nourishing meals with any bounty we find, followed by a storytelling around the fire and finish off with a blue lotus cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance, accommodation is in shared male and female glamping tents and all food is provided. Sunday morning, wake up to a refreshing dip in the stream, followed by yoga and sound baths, and go home around 3pm.
