In this moment of heightened expectation you arrive at our secluded boathouse and are handed a cocktail. Take time to breathe and savour the gorgeous lakeside views. The Food
Colourful, curated sharing plates balance flavours, textures and immaculate presentation for a food experience like no other. Seasonal ingredients are cooked to perfection; whether slow cooked for mature flavours or so fresh it’s as if they’ve just been pulled from the ground. Meat dishes are cooked on an open fire in front of diners and feature slow grown animals that lived outdoors alongside nature all year round at Ewhurst Park.
