Join us for a 'wild dip / cold immersion outdoors', followed by hot yoga and a delicious and healthy brunch. This 3 hour experience will leave you feeling amazing both in body and mind. We meet at our 'wild dip' venue for a round of breath-work followed by the cold immersion (no wetsuits allowed). After a 'healthy hot chocolate' we head to the studio for a 1 hour hot yoga class (perfect for beginners to intermediate) to warm us up and work our bodies.
After yoga, grab a quick shower and change before your well-earned brunch - soulful soup, homemade breads, dips, smashed avocado, local cheeses, homemade muffins and banana bread with yoghurt and chia jam plus freshly pressed coffee/tea and cucumber and lemon infused water.
