The Well & Temple Wellness invite you to a Wild Awakening: A one day retreat in the heart of nature.Step off the beaten path and into the wild.
Wild Awakening is a day of deep reconnection, rooted in nature, movement, and ceremony. Held in private woodlands and in the sanctuary of The Well, an off grid yurt. This retreat invites you to awaken your senses, nourish your body, and rewild your spirit.
We begin the day with an ecstatic dance in a private pocket of woodland. A space to move freely, shake off the dust, and remember the joy of being fully in your body. Afterward, sink into the warmth of the forest sauna, followed by a revitalising plunge pool experience.
We'll gather together to feast on a nourishing seasonal lunch created by Nina & the team at Lightfoot Kitchen & Deli.
After we’ll forage for seasonal herbs and berries, being guided by the rhythms of the land. Our native Irish plants have a lot to teach us, and medicine to give. These plants will become part of our ceremony, a ritual to honour their medicine and deepen our relationship with the natural world. From this space of quiet connection, you’ll be guided into a yoga nidra practice, a deeply restful meditation that bridges the waking and dreaming worlds, that draws you into that liminal space, offering insight, integration, and restoration.
We’ll close the day gathered around the fire in circle, sharing reflections and warmth.
This is a retreat for those longing to reconnect and awaken, with the earth, with the plants, with community, and with their own wild and wise inner nature.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
