Wild at Heart: Whanau welcomes the whole family to join in this all ages, monthly dance event.Ecstatic Dance welcomes you exactly as you are, and invites you to the ritual of being wholly with the body, the people, the music & the dance that comes through you.
We dance in bare feet - no shoes, no booze. The music starts off slow, then speeds up, then slows down again, like a wave.
This is a time to enjoy the empowerment and release of dance in a non-judgemental space.
Wild at Heart: Whanau is facilitated by Adele and other special guest facilitators.
