• dance and movement as well as sound and breathwork to get rid of old energy

Olga is a life coach, women's circle facilitator, Latin Dance teacher and Zumba Gold instructor. Olga's mission for Wild & Wise is to support women like you to let go of anything that isn't really you and connect with your true self so you can be free to be you, fully expressed as your own unique expression of love in this world.
