Meet Your Instructors
Jeannie Spencer
Founder of Gro EcoWellness and creator of keystone programs like Yoga for Emotional Intelligence and Rewilding Wellness, Jeannie has dedicated her career to promoting mental health. She has extensive experience teaching trauma-informed yoga and holds degrees in political science, psychology, and American government. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, Jeannie is committed to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness.
Valerie Schrader
Hey! I’m Valerie - a somatic embodiment coach trained and certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Healing Intergenerational Trauma, and Intimacy, Love, and Relationship coaching.
For the past 20 years, I’ve guided over 20,000 women and vulva owners to embody their authentic selves through movement and somatic experiencing.
