Jeannie Spencer Founder of Gro EcoWellness and creator of keystone programs like Yoga for Emotional Intelligence and Rewilding Wellness, Jeannie has dedicated her career to promoting mental health. She has extensive experience teaching trauma-informed yoga and holds degrees in political science, psychology, and American government. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, Jeannie is committed to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness.
Valerie Schrader With over 20 years of experience, Valerie has guided more than 20,000 women and vulva owners to embody their authentic selves, transforming their lives and businesses. Certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Intergenerational Trauma Resolution, and Sex, Love, and Relationship coaching, Valerie uses her journey of overcoming CPTSD and embracing ADHD to inspire others. She believes in the power of connecting with our bodies, emotions, and inner child to create incredible shifts in our lives.
