Workshop Description
Step into The Liminal Space—a creative sanctuary for the bold and the brave. Come as Teresa takes you on a visceral journey into self-expression. Through movement, meditation, and the raw power of mixed media, you’ll have the freedom, the radical permission to channel everything that makes you human: the rage, the desires, the grief, the dreams.
With eight dynamic sets as your canvas, your smartphone as your tool, and your body as the muse, you’ll explore the provocative and the primal, giving yourself ample opportunities to be as messy, wild, and sensual as your heart desires.
The experience concludes with The Reveal, where you’ll have the chance to share your creations and witness the power of others embracing their truth.

· Trim, Edit and Upload your captures onto your platform, add music and words

· Join in The Reveal, a sharing session where we share what we've created! (optional)

· Smart Phone with a working camera

· Tripod

· Laptop: For optimal editing, and cusomization

· Two sets of clothing options for versatility. Where what makes you feel what you want to feel. (Sexy, Cool, Wild, Magical...)
