Join Lauren at Canalside Cafe, Kildwick for a morning of playful yoga and mindfulness for all ages. Lauren is an experienced yoga teacher who will guide you and your little ones through engaging themed yoga poses suitable for all ages and levels of flexibility. From butterfly to tree pose, explore the benefits of yoga in a fun and interactive way. Suitable for complete yoga newbees, no need to touch your toes or stand on your head. We will embrace wobbles, have a giggle and move our bodies in ways that feel good.The session will include sensory awareness activities designed to help connect with the present moment, the world around you and each other. Including the opportunity to see the much loved Canalside Cafe goats!
This event will take place outside. The cafe is open 9am - 4pm with undercover seating area, serving hot drinks and food.
Weather: This event will go ahead whatever the weather! We'll embrace whatever mother nature is doing, unless it's unsafe to operate.
Event details:
Meet outside that cafe for 10.30am.
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or blanket
Waterproofs and/or sunscreen (weather depending)
Water bottles to stay hydrated
Open hearts and sense of adventure
What to wear: Comfy clothes suitable for the weather.
Booking is required to secure your spot.
Bookings are none refundable. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend you can gift your space to someone else. You must contact me ([email protected]) to let me know and provide their details prior to the event day.
