Wednesday 23rd August 2023 at 3:00pm at Rambla Bar & Bistro, Wickham.
For the following purposes
1. The consideration of the accounts and reports of the committee;
2. The election of all positions;
• President
• Vice- President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• All other committee members
3. Project updates for the remainder of the year.
