Each Ticket that you purchase from us is a revocable license to attend a particular performance. You agree to not re-sell any ticket you purchase from us for more than $10 over the price printed on the ticket. We have the right to revoke the license for a ticket, void the sale and retain a restocking fee, if we find that the ticket was resold or advertised to be resold for more than $10 over the price printed on the ticket. Health safety protocols based on current conditions and guidance from public officials may be in place at the time of this performance, and may include a mask requirement. BPA may refund the purchase price, refuse admission or remove a guest from the venue for failure to follow any health safety measures in effect at the time of the show. All guests are required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Ticket delivery will be 7 day out from the event.
