Because we love wordplay (and the book genuinely sounds good), we’re transitioning from 𝙏𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙡𝙞𝙣 to 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩, 𝙒𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡. This memoir/social commentary by Sarah Wilson focuses on the beast of anxiety, but I’m hoping it’ll get us thinking about how we approach ALL our inner beasts / gremlins.
(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ ! 𝖓𝖊𝖜 𝖑𝖔𝖈𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝖆𝖑𝖊𝖗𝖙 ! ♥ This time we’ll meet in my office in the Century Building (see location notes). There’s limited seating (a comfy couch and chair), but I also have floor cushions and plan to sit on the floor around the coffee table myself. It’ll be cozy, so please do mark if you’re coming. If more than eight of us are planning to attend, I might need to find a different venue.
( ˘▽˘)っ♨ ♥ ! 𝖙𝖗𝖊𝖆𝖙𝖘 ! ♥ I’ll have a big ol’ tea kettle going and lots of teas to share, and I’ll also bring some sort of snack. Other teas and snacks are welcome, but please don’t feel like you have to bring something. Your self is the most important thing to bring.

This month we’re reading Sarah Wilson’s 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩, 𝙒𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡. As usual, read the book if it sparks your interest. Come hang and chat regardless!

Shadow & Light Healing is in the Century Building at 100 Fountain Ave, Suite 317B. It’s the white, 4-story building with lots of windows at the corner of Fountain Ave and Broadway. You’ll likely see my pink lights and plants in my windows from the street. There’s plenty of parking, and you can enter through the front door across from the empty fountain. I’m on the 3rd floor — just hang a right out of the stairwell or elevator, and another right down the little hallway. I’ll have the door open for you!
