Please see the information below about your arrival at Wick Park and how to book your check in time slot. We hope this will be useful & make your check in experience with Novel Students one to remember!
Please note you can only book one check in slot.
• Each Check in slot is 15 minutes & is limited to 1 car only.
• After your check in you are free to come & go & enjoy your new home.
• If you are arriving by car, your car will need to be moved offsite due to our very limited spaces, further information on car parks can be found below.
To speed up your check in, we recommend someone remains at the vehicle and starts to unload whilst you check in and collect your keys.
If your guests plan on staying in the city for the day, please bear in mind a lot of students will also be arriving into the city, so the roads and parking will be very busy. The closest car parks are :
205 Westfield Ave, London E15 2DU – 0.3 miles/5 minute walk, Maximum stay – 10 hours. Weekend day rate - £10.00.
St Marks Gate – 0.3 miles/7 minute walk
, Maximum stay – 24 hours, Weekend day rate - £7.40
. This car park will lock after 6pm.
• Please bring ID with you on the day to collect your key (We are unable to release your key without proof of ID first).
• If you are paying in instalment, please ensure you bring the relevant information to be able to setup your direct debt for your rent payments at check in (We are unable to release any keys without this set up completed and your rent account up to date).
• Once you have checked in with us you will receive a link via email with an inventory for your room/kitchen, we recommend you complete this before unpacking as this must be done with 72 hours of arrival.
