The event begins with lunch at 11:00 a.m., followed by a keynote session at 11:30 a.m. led by motivational speaker Carla Billups. This interactive session introduces a powerful “level up” growth mindset framework designed to help individuals and teams identify barriers, gain clarity on what may be holding them back, and refocus on personal and professional growth.
