About this Event

MJF Interiors are extremely proud and excited to bring you this fantastic event. Mark Catchlove, Director of Insights for MillerKnoll, will interview, discuss and workshop with you and Simone Fenton-Jarvis, Director of Customer Workplace Solutions for Relogix and author of the highly acclaimed book - The Human-centric Workplace.

About the event

The workplace and leadership are the root cause and fuel of so many societal issues, from wellbeing, the economy, inequality, and the climate. Following the largest remote working experiment, not many would argue against work not being somewhere we go but what we do and why we do it. The Human-Centric Workplace is about highlighting that we can do better, and we must do better. Simone aims to inform, inspire and drive change through demystifying the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ to ensure our people, communities and planet thrive.

In addition to this incredible opportunity to listen and interact with Simone and Mark, attendees to the event will also receive a signed copy of Simone's book to take away with them.

You are also welcome to arrive early, or stay later, and work from our Jewellery Quarter office if you wish - we have a beautiful space, fast wifi, and most importantly....great coffee!

About Simone

You could say I’m a workplace thought-leader who's passionate about creating human-centric workplaces, but at its most basic, what I do is focus on people.

I home in on the employee experience, workplace culture, and organisational performance and use data insights to deliver change and business improvement in regard to culture, space, process, and technology. I’m a fellow of IWFM, the Chair of the IWFM Workspace Special Interest Group, and sit on the editorial committee for the Facilities Magazine and Facilities Management Journal.

The Buddy Bag Foundation - https://buddybagfoundation.co.uk/

For this event, MJF Interiors will be making a £10 donation for every attendee. We have chosen to support The Buddy Bag Foundation - based in Sutton Coldfield, The Buddy Bag Foundation was created in response to the rising number of children who enter emergency care after fleeing violent situations at home.

Restoring a sense of safety and security into a child’s life during a traumatic time is one of the first steps to recovery. By providing these children with a few essential items, our mission is to help make the transition into emergency care a little easier. To support children in this situation we have created the Buddy Bag to provide comfort when all else has been removed.
