WHY Outreach, the nonprofit arm of West Hartford Yoga, is proud to offer WHY in the Parks thanks to generous grant support from The West Hartford Greater Together Community Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.Join our skilled WHY instructors for some outdoor bliss while you improve your health, increase your energy, and relax among fellow yogis. Each all-levels class will blend yoga postures, breath work, and meditation with a beautiful setting.
