WHS Boys Soccer End of Season Banquet
Come join us for a night of celebration at the Royal Golf Club as we wrap up another fantastic soccer season! This event is a great opportunity to hang out with teammates, coaches, and parents to reminisce about the highlights of the season. Enjoy a delicious dinner, awards ceremony, and maybe even a surprise or two! Don't miss out on this chance to unwind and have some fun together. See you there!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Players, coaches, family members, and VIPs are all welcome!
While we adore the pitter-patter of little feet, please note that this event is intended for the players and adults - and not suitable for young children. Thank you for your understanding.
TICKETS
All guests must register and purchase tickets for entry to this event through this invite. Tickets for all players and guests are $35 each. Graduating senior players (12th graders) are complimentary; please select the "Graduating Senior Player" ticket at checkout.
Please ensure you complete your registration by 11:30 pm, October 30, 2025. We will not be accepting any registrations after this date to finalize the headcount for the venue.
DINNER
Dinner will be served buffet-style, which will include:
- Garden salad with rolls, butter, and your choice of dressing
- Chicken parmesan
- Cavatappi alfredo
- Seasonal vegetables
- Fresh baked cookies
Gluten-Free Options
The Royal will provide a gluten-free plated option upon request. To request this option, please select the "Gluten Free" button when purchasing your ticket.
Beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages will be served alongside the buffet and are included with dinner. For those 21 and over, a cash bar will also be available.

SEATING
With the exception of the players, coaches, and Boosters/VIP guests who will have assigned tables, table seating is first come, first serve. It is recommended that you arrive early to check in, claim your seat, and mingle with the great friends you've made this season! Dinner will start promptly at 7:00 pm.
