If you’re feeling fatigued, overwhelmed or disconnected from your purpose, join us in Northam for a restorative day designed to bring you back to a centred presence and balance, using practical somatic and spiritual tools that you can apply immediately.
Facilitated by Dr Jenna Cornell, Dr Elinor van Ommen, Marguerite Carney (RMRN) and Claire Newman (MSc Psych), the workshop isn’t about lectures, it’s about resetting your nervous system, rejuvenating your empathy and leaving with tangible practices that support you and the people you serve.
