From growing to cutting to cooking, we'll discuss every step taken to get pasture raised pork to your table. We'll go over every cut on the animal, from the classics like boston butt and spare ribs to hidden gems you may only find in a whole-animal butcher shop. We'll taste some house made charcuterie and drink some beers!
