About this Event
Come experience one of our first-of-its-kind workshops to help you in your health & happiness journey!
It’s called the Whole Day™ Workshop.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the Whole Life Operating System™.
This framework for individual health and accountability is based on years of research on neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and behavior design.
Whole Life OS empowers you to uncover your vision and values for a life of healthier mindsets and choices. Together we will engage in deep workbook exercises that help you experience changes in your mindset and gain understanding about yourself in ways that will motivate you to act. These exercises are crafted to meet you where you are.
Modern medicine saves lives, but the healthcare system isn't always incentivized to keep you healthy. We feel a lot of this has to do with you not being empowered enough by what you value, which impacts your beliefs, thoughts, and actions.
Whole Life OS brings you this empowerment by guiding you through exercises that help you:
- Reflect on your identity & life's purpose
- Identify your Core Values
- Clarify your aspirations
- Obtain your personalized Whole Life Score™️
- Understand your unique obstacles & relate to them in a whole new way
- Discover your brain's two systems
- Learn the latest science of behavior change & habit formation
- Find your golden behaviors & design habit recipes that bring them to life
- Gain valuable tools for accountability & organizing your efforts
The workshop will be lead by family physician & health innovator Dr. Kendrick Johnson and physician assistant & habit coach Will Craghead.
Our Guarantee: If you do not feel that you received adequate value by the end of the workshop, we will refund the amount you think is appropriate up to the purchase price.
When you were born, you didn’t come with an owner’s manual to understand how your brain and body interact and get influenced by the world around you.
Usually, you do your best to operate in a way that brings happiness to yourself and those around you.
But sometimes you might act in ways that aren’t good or helpful.
Before you know it, you’re stuck with behaviors that keep you from getting where you want to go.
What if there was a way to look behind the curtain of your life to understand why and learn how to make meaningful changes you truly want?
Good news! You can!
We have more good news!
It’s not a "you" problem.
It's a design problem.
We also have bad news. (Bummer!)
You’re probably not even aware of the design problem.
There is nothing wrong with how you were designed.
Instead, there is a mismatch between you and your environment.
Our environment is more advanced than ever before.
The amount of distractions and potential instant gratification is something that humans have never experienced.
This design problem is like a glitch in your operating system. The glitch impacts your thoughts, your beliefs about yourself and others, and inevitably your actions.
This glitch persists because of our human tendency to ‘go along for the ride’ instead of stepping into the driver’s seat.
That usually leads our default beliefs and actions to mirror that of people around us. We do or pursue things mostly because of what other people think or want.
One of those ‘other people’ is the glitched version of ourselves. You know this person well. This is the version of you that wants to take offense, be unkind, get even, and eat cookies for breakfast.
So how do you troubleshoot this glitch?
Well, you can start by spending years reading about 40+ books on topics like human health, psychology, philosophy, behavior design, neuroscience, and spirituality and create a framework to understand and conquer the glitch…
Or ...you can attend our Whole Day Workshop since that’s what we did ?
We’d love to share this system with you and save you the hassle.
Our workshop puts you in the driver’s seat and guides you to understand and conquer the glitch.
We’ve found that beating this design glitch starts with asking yourself “questions of the heart and soul”, such as…
“How will I measure my life?”
“What do I value above all else?”
“What is the treasure I am seeking in my life?”
“If I could have what my best-possible self truly wanted, what would it look like?”
But the way out of this glitchy design problem is to put time and effort into designing where you truly want to go once you're in the driver’s seat.
This is hard to do alone.
Asking yourself directly what you want can be scary, difficult, and overwhelming. Not to mention you don’t always know what you want! (Like when someone asks you what you want to eat for lunch…)
Psychologists have been asking deep questions about what people want, and for thousands of years, philosophers have been trying to figure out why people even ask these questions ?
Asking these deep questions is difficult for even the greatest minds, so we often avoid this challenging work by telling ourselves we are too busy instead of wrestling with these questions head-on. In so doing, we miss a major opportunity for crucial growth and perspective.
We have designed the Whole Life OS Workbook to make it easier to answer these questions of the heart and soul.
Not only will it feel simpler, the workshop provides a fun, collaborative environment full of insightful stories, and dynamic interaction with other people working on the same objectives.
In past workshops, participants have left feeling a strong sense of unity with each other.
Let’s put you in a position to understand and conquer the faulty wiring that makes it hard for all of us to thrive in today’s advanced society, where our brain's reward system can be easily hijacked by instant gratification.
This 8-hour workshop will help you conquer this design glitch and this will have a vital impact on your life moving forward.
