About this Event

I am happy to welcome you all into my NEW butchery at 353 Barton St E, in Hamilton, for a HANDS-ON workshop.

The format from previous workshops has changed due to COVID-19. This is something I take very seriously and want to maintain the highest level of safety for my guests and myself.

Consequently, I will be requiring proof of vaccination as well as ALL in attendance to wear a surgical mask, which I will be providing at no cost.

Included in the ticket price will be the following:

- A 3hr, HANDS-ON butchery workshop where you’re the butcher. You'll be doing ALL of the work under my guidance. I will provide lots of information and questions are encouraged!

- Approx 20-25 lbs of fresh pork, butchered and wrapped by YOU, to take home.

Please wear closed-toed shoes. Long hair should either be tied back or under a hat.

If you have a boning knife you’d like to use, please bring it. I would caution against any chef's knife or other knives you wouldn't want in contact with hard bones. Otherwise knives and aprons will be provided.

Finally, I recommend you bring a method of transportation to get your meats home.
