We'll begin by centering and grounding on our mats. Then, we'll listen to an inspiring reading by local author Ashley Jordan from her forthcoming book, Unhappy Achiever: Rejecting the Good Girl Image & Reclaiming the Joy of Inner Fulfillment. The first reading will be an empowered battle cry, calling us to reclaim any parts of the beautifully unique, brazen Selves we may have lost to live the bigger, bolder lives we dream of. The reading will be followed by a 1 hr mixed level flow by Kristen focused on a balance of self-reflection and empowering heart and hip opening poses.
