Join the Veteran "Walk A Mile or More" (WAMM) group at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, in-person, on Wednesdays from 9-10 a.m. The group meets three times a week for about an hour of exercise.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are virtual; Wednesdays WAMM meets at Milwaukee VA to go on walks.
The program is free and open to all veterans enrolled in VA health care.
