Welcome to WHOLE HEALTH—The Mind, Body, Spirit Connection. This six-part series takes place every Thursday evening starting August 22nd at the sacred and supportive surroundings of Creative Healing Center & Crystal Boutique and Event Center, located in beautiful downtown Livermore, CA.
When was the last time you paused and took time to deeply connect with yourself and reflect on your understanding of well-being? Come join me, Lindi LaBine, for an informative 90 minutes each week of discovery, sharing, and meaningful conversation.
In this six-part series, we’ll explore holistic approaches to health and wellness, connect with like-minded individuals, and discover new ways to enhance our overall well-being.
Important Things to Note
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- You will have the option to sit on the floor with blankets and bolsters, in a floor recliner, or in a chair.
- Note-taking is optional, but I encourage you to just come, relax, and enjoy our time together.
- Handouts will be available for many of the discussion topics.
- The 6-class pass is recommended since various terms will be referenced throughout this series. However, classes can be purchased individually.
- Parking is available but limited, so please arrive early.
- No refunds will be honored.
