Whole grain breads and other baked goods don't have to be heavy or "grainy" in texture. If you know the proper procedure, you can make 100% whole grain bread that has great texture, and that does not resemble a doorstop. some grains work better than others, and we'll learn about that in class too. If you are trying to get away from flour, this class will teach you about whole grain alternatives. Lots of samples in class and recipes for home. Food fee $10.00 payable to Instructor the night of class. Bring containers for take home.
