This buffet will be whole food plant-exclusive (vegan) at Mango Grove Indian restaurant in Columbia, Md. I had this custom-prepared buffet last month and it was delicious! It will be completely SOS free (sugar, oil, salt-free).
The price is $24. The buffet is being prepared especially for our group.
Pleas update your RSVP's by Jan 10th so we can tell Rohit (the owner) how much food to prepare.
