Come join us for a rejuvenating BreathWork session at Cheerforce Arizona in Scottsdale!
This in-person event is your opportunity to connect with your breath and find inner peace.
Let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in this transformative experience. Whether you're new to BreathWork or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all levels and ages.
Take a deep breath, let go, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. Don't miss out on this chance to nurture your mind, body, and soul!
All ages are welcome - if you can lay on a mat or blanket for an hour-ish and breath, we will take care of the rest. This would be a great Sunday night whole family reset and relaxation experience!
Bring a blanket to lay on, one to cover up with, a small pillow if you desire, eyeshades, and water.

About Your Facilitators:
Eva Payne has been leading breathwork, guided meditation and wellness retreats for over four years. She teaches at a studio in her hometown of Santa Clarita, on Insight Timer (a free meditation app), offers free meditations on her YouTube channel, "Ideas to Human Better" and leads them at her wellness retreats.
For this event, she will accompanyed and supported by two of her best friends who are also in the wellness facilitation space, Lorry Green and Erin Rose.
