A grounded ceremony to lay down what you’ve been carrying and name what you’re ready to call in. Fire as witness. Truth as offering.
🌬️ Shamanic Breathwork Journey
A deep, guided journey to unwind stored charge, meet memory with breath, and move emotion through the body. Expect sobriety of mind, softness of heart, and clean energy.
✋ Energy Healing & Somatic Release
Hands-on/hovering techniques, gentle tremor & shake, and guided micro-movements to complete stress cycles and free locked tissues. Safety-first, trauma-aware.
🥁 Drum & Rhythm Activation
Primal cadence to get you out of the head and into the earth of your body. Rhythm as medicine; presence as power.
🥗 Nourishing Midday Lunch (Included)
Simple, grounding, whole foods to support integration. Herbal tea and water available throughout.

Safety & Contraindications
Breathwork and somatic release can be intense. Do not attend if pregnant, or if you have severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma/retinal detachment, recent major surgery, or severe psychiatric diagnoses (psychosis, bipolar, schizophrenia). If you’re on Medic*tion or under clinical care, consult your clinician first.

Randeep — Breathwork facilitator & spirit guide. Where ceremony meets science, soul meets structure. Known for potent, trauma-aware containers and shamanic breath journeys that move energy, not just ideas.
Beau Lyla — Energy healer, sound practitioner, and somatic guide. A grounded, intuitive presence blending subtle bodywork, sound alchemy, and ritual to harmonise the nervous system and restore coherence.
