(pronounced Hu-Anna)
With 2 decades of Zouk-Lambada experience, World Champion Ruana Vasquez brings her expertise to Huntsville for one night. A teacher of the best, Ruana’s knowledge is treasured among dancers at every level. This Workshop will cover core concepts in Brazilian Zouk social dancing and fluidity in basic movement.
-Prerequisite knowledge of Brazilian Zouk fundamentals is expected
-$40 for 2-hour Workshop
Virginia Silva
(AKA Virdadina)
A community leader and exquisite instructor, Virdadina has been a critical figure in Brazilian Zouk. As an essential organizer of Tennessee's Zoukville, she has been able to provide superb authentic education to Nashville’s dancers. This workshop will cover the basic movements of the social foundations of Brazilian Zouk.
-For new beginner dancers. No Prerequisite.
-$20 for beginner 2-hour Workshop
