Join Lioness Fitness for our 2nd annual 5K run/walk! After a warm up at the gym, we will head over to Military Ridge Trail where both a 5K run course and 2 mile walking course will be mapped out. All participants will receive swag bags, snacks and a super fancy medal.😉 Plus lots of support, cheering and music!
