The discussion is chaired by David Brindle, a leading social policy journalist and former public services editor for the
Guardian newspaper. Panellists include Emily Kenway, activist and author of Who Cares: The Hidden Crisis of Caregiving and How We Solve It, Professor Jon Glasby, Director of IMPACT, the UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care, and Clenton Farquharson MBE, a disabled person with lived experience and Chair of the Think Local Act Personal programme board.
