The title might be unusual, but the truth is, that to find out who you truly are, you have to unlearn who you are not. Ever since you were born, you built up layers of wounds, belief systems, family patterns and conditioning, that covers the beautiful gem, the true self that is hiding within. You might have spent years and years to finally come to the point where you feel, there must be more to this, to me. Who you thought you are is not you. That is the moment when self-discovery and a deep awakening to your soul begins.
This workshop is a very interactive, deeply transformational intensive program integrating my knowledge of 16 years of my own awakening, my journey as a life and spiritual coach and a healer and spiritual teacher.
The first occasion is focusing more on who we are not. We will go through the time of birth, childhood and all the way to the complexity of body, soul and spirit. You will receive a deep understanding of what is within you, what kind of programs you were conditioned to, that are in the way of your happiness. What are the hindering belief systems that are well overdue to be replaced by positive ones.
This workshop is basically a foundation for self-discovery and recognizing your true self. It integrates coaching and healing techniques, spiritual knowledge and lots of practices, where you have to feel into your own beingness. We will learn, understand, feel, heal and transform through different exercises, meditations.
On the first occasion we will start to work on the topics of Identity, life plan, birth, instincts, inner child, conscious and subconscious mind, body-soul-spirit and more.
No previous experience of any kind is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to change.

This course will be a series of about 3-4 occasions (some topics to come: relationships, higher levels of spirituality, skills). It is not necessary to complete them all to participate.
PREPARATION:
Bring a notebook / paper and pen to take notes and also there will be exercises where you have to write down your feelings/experiences.
Mats, cushions are available. Bring a blanket to keep warm and cozy or if you want to lie down for the meditations.

MY BACKGROUND:
I awakened in 2007 and have been on a deep self-healing and spiritual path ever since, which became my passion. I have been healing with Rainbowlight energy since 2014 and became the teacher of the Heart Light healing method in 2015. I have been holding Heart light courses all over Hungary ever since, and now in Ireland since Sept. 2022. I offer healing sessions, consultations, women’s circles and many different types of workshops and courses for spiritual self-development, supporting awakening and finding the way back to love and peace.
In my healing work I combine angel card reading, Mandorla cellular healing and the Heart Light Touch healing method, life coaching, guided meditation and all my personal experiences from the past 16 years of my awakening and 10 years of healing and teaching.
