Your Hosts:

Ronia Fraser is a multi-award-winning Trauma Recovery Coach & Clinical Hypnotherapist & one of the leading experts in the field of Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. She is an internationally published author and globally renowned speaker. Ronia is a survivor of narcissistic abuse herself.
Since 2017 Ronia has been helping abuse surivors from all over the world get back on their feet, regain their mental health and recover who they were always meant to be. Her pioneering approach is widely recognised as one of the most effective, structured and masterful methods for the recovery of complex trauma.

Vivian McKinnon is Ireland's first floatation specialist and the owner/founder of Hydro-ease, NI’s premier and dedicated floatation centre. Vivian has taken to stages globally to share her passion and enthusiasm for this deeply profound way of healing and her wisdom around human experience.
