Please join us for our next meet up and walk around the lovely Whitwell Wood on Sunday, 30th March at 10am.These woods are more like a forest really, with a wonderful variety of trees, including birch and some firs which give a lovely freshness.
There's also a gorgeous little brook running through at the bottom which dogs love to splash in.
As always, friends, family and dog mates are all welcome.
The walk will be around 1.5-2hrs
Good footwear recommended.
There are some short inclines but the walk is generally flat and easy going.
**LOCATION INFO**
If using google maps, you can enter in 'Route 619 Diner, Clinthill Ln, Worksop S80 3EE.
This will take you straight to the slip road parking area at the entry to the woods.
Entering 'Whitwell Wood' should also work.
We will meet at the entrance directly to the right of the diner, which can be seen behind the silver van in the pic in the comments
