About this Event
Whitney Mongé is a Nashville-based Americana Soul singer-songwriter whose smoky vocals and heartfelt lyrics reflect a journey rooted in raw authenticity. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she honed her craft busking in Seattle, blending blues, rock, and indie folk into a sound reminiscent of Tracy Chapman, Richie Havens, and Brittany Howard.
Mongé has toured internationally, released four independent records, and performed with the Seattle Symphony. She was featured in the award-winning Find Your Way: A Busker’s Documentary, played the 2023 Newport Folk Festival with Black Opry, and won the 2025 Cayamo Soundcheck Contest.
In 2024, she released What Would Love Do Now, produced by Anthony Farrell (Greyhounds) at Buds Recording in Austin. Mongé is currently touring the U.S. and working on her 4th studio album, due in 2026.
