Join us for a special F45 White Board Workout on Thursday, September 26th!Looking to get in some extra work or train for your next race?
We're opening up the gym from 2 PM to 5 PM for an open gym-style workout. You'll be able to tackle a challenging F45 white board workout on your own.
This is a great chance to focus on specific movements and push yourself at your own pace. If you're an athlete preparing for HYROX, this is the perfect opportunity to practice and build your endurance and SKILLS!!
We'll have three one-hour time slots available:
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Spots are limited, so be sure to book your time slot in advance to secure your spot.
