Learn to sustainably forage white pine needles, and to make salve with your harvest in this evening workshop led by Emily Springer of Meeting House Farm, and organized by The Ecology School & MOFGA.The class will focus on the herbal benefits of white pine for skin, as well as how to make a salve from infused white pine oil. All supplies required are included. Participants will leave this hands-on workshop with knowledge of white pine’s medicinal properties, knowledge of sustainable foraging practices, and a tin of co-created white pine salve that will keep your hands happy through the winter cold.
