Radical Adventure Riders Southern California - San Diego is having a white elephant gift exchange ride to celebrate the holidays. This is a beginner friendly ride for femme, trans, women, non-binary and gender expansive folks.
When: December 16, 2023
Where: Meet at 10am at Bird Park. Roll out at 10:30am.
Who: This ride is for femme, trans, women, non-binary and gender expansive folks only please! RAR is a non-judgemental and inclusive community based in San Diego. If you do not identify as such, we ask that you please respect the intentions of this event by not participating.
Distance: 3.5 miles, mostly flat
Route info: This social ride is open to all riding levels, beginner or seasoned. We will be riding at a party/chill pace with no drops, meaning no one left behind. Starting at Bird Park, we will ride to Cafeina for a white elephant gift exchange.
To bring: Please bring a small (carryable by bike) bike gift as we will be having a white elephant gift exchange at Cafeina. Examples of gifts can be anything from a used or unwanted bike part (e.g., bell, water bottle cage), hand drawn bike postcard, a sweet treat or a knitted beanie. Feel free to get creative and use things you already own - please do not go out of your way to spend money for a gift. To wear: Feel free to wear festive attire! As we approach December, there could be a possiblity of rain/showers, so please check the weather and dress accordingly.
