White Cane Day is a national observance in the United States, celebrated on October 15 of each year since 1964. 12:00: The Walk begins!
12:30: Speakers at Westlake Plaza
1:30 Return to WTBBL for refreshments and vendor raffle
WTBBL will host a reception and a vendor area, Vendors to be announced!
You Cane Give is sponsoring a cane drive for this event! Wondering what to do with that old cane you no longer use in the closet? Is that drawer of used canes collecting dust and taking up space?
