There's so much wisdom that we can share together! Words which have been written for us to relate to ... or words passed on from friends and family. Maybe some wisdom we have just learnt through life! Why not come together to share in an evening where we look at wise words from others and perhaps bring some of our own inner wisdom to share?
Rose from Half Moon Holistics 🌜🌟 will share some of the wisdom she has gathered from Sarah Robinson, Joanna Macey, Rebecca Campbell and Kent Nerburn. Whilst encouraging fellow participants in the session to share any sources of wisdom they wish to bring to the evening. This might be a favourite poem, a saying, a mantra, sharing some spiritual practice which helps them - or anything which comes up for them to share with others.
This will largely be a discussion based session ...like days of yore, swapping stories and wisdom around a campfire. ( Though sadly, no campfire.. but we will be in a cosy wellbeing cabin!).
Rose will also lead a guided visualisation to help people connect with their own inner wisdom.
Drinks and light refreshments will also be provided ☕🫖🥛🍪🍏✨
