Feast on Third Wave Cafe's delicious meaty creations just for this dining event paired perfectly with whiskies and cocktails for each course.

In this event we will not only feed you some new mouth-watering slow-smoked meats creations but pair each with a whisky. Both educational and flavourful!
Here is what you will be eating...
Pulled Pork Slider w/ Oinkball and Candy Bacon
This tasty slider is filled with our slow-smoked pulled pork that is been smoked for 12 hours. Served in a slider topped with a mouthwatering oinkball and candy bacon. Oinkballs are bacon wrapped smoked pork.
Brisket w/ Cornbread Chips and Herb Oil
Smoked for 8-10 hours using hickory wood taste this brisket with chips made from our cheesy-cornbread and with a delicious herb-oil.
Beef Rib w/ Garlic Salt Crisps and Horseradish
Huge beefy flavours smoked using a special 9 spice dry rub and hickory wood. This large beef rib is served with crunchy garlic salt crisps and horseradish that just pair perfectly!
Pork Rib Lollipop w/ Bacon
Very similar to our GIGANTIC Meat Lolli-pop this is a pork-rib that has been de-boned and transformed into a bacon-wrapped lollipop.
Pecan Key Lime & Nutella Pie Trio
Why have ONE PIE when you can have ALL THREE! These are our famous pie desserts that are rich sweet and oh so tempting. Sample one of each in this board paired with ice-cream and espresso cream.
Plus a whisky cocktail to start a whisky pairing with every course. Dessert paired with whisky liquor. You will be very happy at the end!
The entire function room will be allocated to the degustation. Tap beers wines and spirits available to purchase separately.
The event will start at 6:30pm on Wednesday the 12th of October and end at 10pm.
