Founded in 1856 by James A. Miller in Paris, Kentucky, Chicken Cock Whiskey is one of America's oldest bourbon brands & gained national recognition for its quality in the late 19th century. In the 21st century, it experienced a revival due to renewed interest in premium bourbon and is now under new ownership by Grain and Barrel Spirits. Today, Chicken Cock Whiskey is celebrated for its historical significance & quality while exemplifying resilience and reaffirming its status in the world of whiskey.

Drew's expertise in all things whiskey promises an unforgettable evening of flavor exploration and industry insights.

Wesley Gagnelius -

Wesley began his career in the wine & spirits industry working as a mixologist. He later became a Market Development Representative for Sazerac where he specialized in craft spirits. Currently, he is a Craft Spirit Specialist for BreakThru Beverage here in Sarasota where he shares his knowledge of spirits through dinners & tasting events.
