The "Science of Whiskey" Class #393 is a couse where you will learn the reasons why you might like or less than like some Whiskeys. You will learn about smell, taste, looks, and some of the unique reasons why one whiskey is different from another. You will begin your adventure into identifying tastes whether floral, organic, earthy, sweet, bitter or many others and what might cause these differences in the expressions. This is a class to explore your individual senses. Since no one person tastes or smells everything the same. And you will learn about the Power of Suggestion.
So sign up to take an in-person class that you will have FUN and learn more about why some of the best whiskeys are so prized. And why your personal tastes are the most important.

Whiskey University is an organization that teaches public and private classes around the country. Classes are taught both In-Person and On-Line. This is an In-Person class that will be taught by Colonel Jim Silliman and Lt. Colonel Kate Byrne. Both instructors have the highest degree offered by Whiskey University and are very knowledgable on the subject. And they are both entertaining.
In addition to the samples being tasted and discussed there will also be light refreshments and water provided.
