Join us for a unique and memorable farm tour, led by owner Dave Blume. Whiskey Hill Farms & Science Center is an organic farming, R&D, teaching, and demonstration facility located on 14 acres just south of Santa Cruz. They grow specialty, high-value organic produce using innovative regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices, including distillation of agricultural waste to make fertilizer and energy to enhance crop productivity and increase yields. This farm has been designed to be a complete farm ecosystem combining Blume’s advanced bio-refinery systems with holistic organic farming. Optional lunch afterwards.
