Presenting the Whirly Wednesday Fundraiser event of 2025. This show will display sets from 5 DJs that have graced the stages of Whirly Wednesday for years as well as select performers that come week after week and master their flows for all to see who attend! Without funding for Whirly these events we hold for the public come out of our spare time and out of our own pockets for years. If everyone that supports and appreciates what Whirly has done for the community then this is your chance to support this movement for years to come. Whirly is in desparate need of new equpiment as well as savings towards renting parks and pavillions and who knows maybe some more venues down the road!18+ to attend
21+ to drink
Advance online tickets cost $25 online and that includes fees. Day of show tickets will cost $25 at the door. Presale tickets are available though our admins for $20 until the day of the fundraiser.

Introducing your DJs for the night:
HulaHoopinA$$Ho3:
Spinning hoops before decks, HulaHoopinA$$H03 started her journey at Whirly Wednesday back in 2019, lighting up the dance floor as a flow artist before falling head-over-heels for the decks. What started as a love for movement turned into a mission: to drop multi-genre sets so everyone in the room dances at least once. Blending deep dub, dubstep, house, and drum & bass, this bad bitch of bass keeps crowds moving with a hypnotic mix of heavy lows, bouncy beats, and chaotic-good energy. Her sets are equal parts hype and hella fun — a whirlwind of wobble, sass, and sparkle that leaves no hips unshaken.
Keets:
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Keets has always had an affinity for music. Growing up, she was exposed to the alternative radio station WBER, which gave her a strong appreciation for electronic music. Though interning with WBER's weekly electronic show in high school, she quickly became friends with local promoters and DJs who suggested she too learn how to DJ. After some crash courses, she became a staple in the RIPROC dance parties and has opened up for DJs such as K*ll the Noise, Borgore, Bro Safari, and Ganja White Night. However, you can find Keeta DJing all sorts of parties as she has mastered mixing many different genres. Keets also had a residency at 140 Alex and performs at Photo City Music Hall. You can expect an assortment of BPMs and flavors in her sets, from UK garage, trip hop, deep house, hip hop to techno.
GreenGiant:
Green Giant sprouted at a Whirly Wednesday in 2010 and has been leek-ing filthy beets ever since. Known for sowing seeds of hype and cultivating high-energy sets, Green Giant isn’t just spinning tracks, he’s planting a full-blown sonic garden. Each performance is a carefully tended crop of wobbling basslines, crunchy beats, and leafy layers of electronic flavor that keep fans rooted to the spot.
Papi Chulo:
Starting back in 2001, Papi Chulo began buying Drum & Bass records at local record shops. Formerly known as DJ Grizzly, he began to play shows around Rochester & Buffalo between 2003-2007. He was also co-founder of RIPROC, which lasted between 2008-2014. During that time, he began playing as Papi Chulo regularly at Dubland Underground and has opened for many artists including Lotus, Bonobo, K*ll The Noise, Bro Safari, Big Gigantic, just to name a few. It’s been 6 years since he’s played out and is excited to dust off some classics and play some Drum & Bass for the Whirly crew.
