2 Workshops, 2 Days! I'm very excited to welcome the incredible Chilean power duo Pauli & Nacho back to Los Angeles for a weekend of life-changing workshops in whips, whip pops and icarian. You are welcome to come to either or both workshops.These two are extremely knowledgeable acrobats and teachers, and their technique will completely change your dynamics practice. Having taught acro in over 15 countries, they've fine-tuned their coaching approach to meet the unique needs of a wide variety of participants. Workshops will be tailored to attendees experience levels.

10am - 1pm: Whips/Whip Pops Workshop
During this workshop we will dive into the subtle world of whips. We will begin by breaking down the movements, understanding the mechanics of whips to get them higher and softer and later adding pops!
Pre-Reqs: sidestar, ballerina, some prior whips experience.

10am - 1pm: Icarian Workshop
During this workshop we will play with some Icarian fun!
Focusing on how to get the tricks to go high, airtime awareness and soft catches. And how to spot these tricks!
It is a multilevel workshop.
Pre-reqs:
Straight throws in planks and throne. Solid reverse and regular star.
