TOCApalooza, the bigger and better version of The South Bay Festival of the Arts, returns with a day-long festival experience on Saturday, June 22nd. Whimsical World authors Sheri Fink and Derek Taylor Kent will be autographing their best-selling books (including The Little Unicorn, Dinosaur Derby, The Little Monster, The Leaning Tower of Pizza, The Little Penguin, and The Mootants; and taking photos with Fans. It's a celebration of all things arts—enjoy entertainment on three stages, shop local and regional arts vendors, and enjoy a delicious selection of foods and thirst-quenching beverages. ?
