The Where We Lead curriculum addresses the root causes of domestic violence, shifts cultural norms, builds skills, and promotes the formation of stable supportive relationships between youth and youth service providers.

Exercises will build on youth service providers’ already existing skills of engaging youth and offer additional tools and strategies to foster a safer environment for youth to explore new ideas about healthy relationships.

The ultimate aim is to reduce violence among youth in the community and increase social support and community connectedness for youth by empowering adult professionals in those youths’ lives (i.e. teachers, counselors, case workers etc.). Any adult that works with 11-18 year-olds can benefit from this programming.
